SHIPPING TIMES

Most of the items in the Little Deer Studio store are made to order, so please allow time for me to make your items prior to shipping. Once payment is received, I usually ship items within 3-5 business days. If for some reason, your order will take longer than this, I will contact you immediately.

Most Australian customers will receive their order within 5-6 business days from date of shipping.  But sometimes it can take a little longer, especially in regional and remote areas. Please understand that once your package has been lodged with Australia Post, I have no control over the time it takes for delivery.

Choosing the Express Post option may speed up delivery, but again, if you are outside the Express Post network, the guaranteed next-business-day delivery will not apply. You can check whether your postcode is within the Express Post network on the Australia Post website here (scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Express Post delivery postcodes)

*please note if you choose the Express Post option, you still need to allow 2-3 business days for me to make your item before I can send it.

PACKAGING

I try to minimise the amount of packaging I use, but items will be packed carefully to avoid damage during transit.

Items are generally wrapped in a recycled paper bag tied with natural hemp twine, before being placed in a padded mail bag (made from paper, not plastic bubble wrap). Larger orders may be packed in rigid mailing boxes.

I use recycled and/or biodegradable packaging wherever possible.
