Refund Policy
I want you to love my products as much as I do!
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me ASAP and I will do my best to sort it out.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives in a damaged state I will refund the full amount you paid for the item. You must contact me within 14 days of receiving it if you wish to claim a refund and you must either return the item to me or be able to provide clear photographic evidence that the item is faulty.
Refunds will be paid within 14 days of the damage being verified.

Exchanges / Change of Mind
I do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully when purchasing to avoid disappointment.
Shipping Delays
I do my best to send orders in the fastest possible time, but I have no control over the time taken for delivery once I have lodged your parcel with Australia Post.
All orders are sent with tracking included.
Please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive if you are purchasing for a special occasion.
I do not offer refunds if a parcel is simply delayed in transit.
If a parcel genuinely goes missing, or is lost, then I will refund your order but I do not consider a parcel "missing" unless 30 days have passed since dispatch and will not issue a refund any sooner than this.
