Shipping Cost


All items are shipped by Australia Post and all orders have tracking included.
The cost of shipping your order varies depending on your country and the total size and weight of the items you are purchasing.
The cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout.
 

Processing time

Little Deer Studio is a mobile business. All items are handmade by me and shipped from the road.

Because I travel full time, I’m not always close to a post office. Orders are usually posted within 3 business days, but occasionally it may take a little longer if I’m in a remote area.

I’ll always ship your order as soon as I’m able, and you’ll receive a notification once it’s on its way.

If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days, I will contact you immediately to let you know.


Shipping Time

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, I have no control over the time it takes for delivery.
Most international customers will receive their order within 2-3 weeks. But sometimes it can take longer, especially during the lead up to Christmas.

Please make sure you allow plenty of time if you are purchasing for a special occasion.

I do not give refunds for reasons related to customs or quarantine.

You are responsible for paying any and all customs fees so please check with your local authorities if you unsure about this before placing your order.
